Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or holidays. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery cut off time is 4.30pm.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. At busier periods (Christmas, Easter, Valentine etc) their maybe a significant delay in shipment of your order. We will always try our utmost best to have your orders shipped on time. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bon Chocolatiers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bon Chocolatiers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly and we will do our best to rectify the issue in conjunction with our shipping carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Warm Weather Notice:
Please be aware that chocolate is sensitive to heat. While we take care to pack your order securely, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive unmelted during warm weather. Orders are shipped at the customer’s own risk, and Bon Chocolatier cannot accept responsibility for any melting that may occur in transit.
